Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

Each hotel booking on Roam comes with a specific cancellation policy determined by the hotel and rate selected. The cancellation deadline and any applicable fees are clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.

2. Free Cancellation

Bookings with a free cancellation policy can be cancelled at no charge before the specified deadline. After the deadline, cancellation fees may apply as shown during booking.

3. Non-Refundable Rates

Some rates are offered at a discount in exchange for a non-refundable commitment. These bookings cannot be cancelled or modified for a refund once confirmed.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel eligible bookings from the "My Bookings" section in your account. Select the booking and tap "Cancel Booking". You'll see the applicable refund amount before confirming.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

6. Roam Cash Reversal

If Roam Cash was earned on a cancelled booking, that Roam Cash will be reversed from your balance when the refund is processed.
