1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Roam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Roam is a membership-based travel platform. Roam Prime members unlock member-exclusive hotel rates on 2M+ hotels worldwide. Non-members can book at standard rates and earn Roam Cash on every booking. We act as an intermediary between you and hotel partners, facilitating bookings and managing your account.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and hotel partner terms. Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. Once confirmed, bookings are governed by the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.

5. Roam Cash

Roam Cash is earned on standard rate bookings and credited after your check-in date. Roam Cash is redeemable toward future bookings (1 Roam Cash = ₹1). Roam Cash cannot be transferred to other users or withdrawn as cash. Roam Cash expires 20 months after being earned. Roam reserves the right to modify the Roam Cash program at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Roam is not liable for the quality, safety, or suitability of hotel accommodations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question. We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
