Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the specific hotel and rate you booked. The applicable cancellation policy is clearly displayed during the booking process before payment.

2. Refundable Bookings

For bookings with a free cancellation policy, you will receive a full refund if cancelled before the deadline specified at the time of booking. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Bookings marked as non-refundable cannot be cancelled for a refund. These rates are typically offered at a discount in exchange for the commitment.

4. Roam Cash on Cancelled Bookings

If Roam Cash was credited for a booking that is subsequently cancelled and refunded, the corresponding Roam Cash will be reversed from your balance.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

You can cancel eligible bookings directly from the "My Bookings" section in your account. Alternatively, contact our support team for assistance.
